Note: If you are not able to bring a dish to share for any reason, no worries, no questions asked, please come anyway!!!

Friday July 21
For those arriving on Friday, we’ll be meeting around 5:00pm at the picnic shelter for a picnic themed meal
Saturday July 22
This is the main Family Reunion Day! There will be other activities, and our meal will be at 1:00pm, so please bring a dish to share and arrive early enough to help get your food in place before 1pm.
Sunday July 23
For those still in the area on Sunday, we’ll meet at the picnic shelter around noon for lunch.
Beverages:
We’ll have coffee, bottled water, and lemonade or ice tea. Bring other beverages for yourself as you’d like.
Misc information:
- Use the lists of ‘who is coming’ to know how much food to bring
- If your food needs to be kept cold, please bring ice and a cooler
- If your food needs to be kept hot, please bring cords / extension cords for your crockpot or container. There are outlets that will accommodate several crockpots, but hey, it’s the. middle of July, how much hot food do we want?
- There are a few grills next to the picnic shelter for food needing to be grilled on site.
- There is a water pump near the picnic shelter
